Thanks Kevin , Yes we need website templates, I am having a real hard time finding good ones. I will take care o the WYSIWYG editor, as it will be a Joomla Component. that won't hard to find it is just a matter of which one will work best for us. I will probably will use JCE for now as it has some upgrades for Video an a real good image gallery plug in.
As for the other stuff we need that is not listed, I will find a place to store all th files from, the Mega Download site. I want to look and see if there are other site like this, to compare products. So I will jump on those items.
