In order to be successful in network marketing the one thing you must remember is that it is your business. To treat it as anything else is a mistake. you must be ready to put forth great effort and do your research on the product before you join. become a product of the product and develop your story. then join and start building. Using the internet is only one way to build your business you must also use word of mouth by talking to people. Now that doesn't mean you should become a fanatic, just let it come up in conversations naturally. You would be surprised how the opportunity presents it's self. Work with your downline, Their success is yours, remember that. Never hold back your techniques they just might help someone become successful. Hold team meetings, it is very important to get feed back from your team and you just might learn something new yourself. Now the fun part just when you think you are there people start to fall out of your downline. Well you must expect this and continue to recruit. Unless you find the perfect self replicating business you will have to continually recruit into your downline. At least one to three new members is average. But with good team work you should be able to retain your core team. Teach them also how to work with their teams so you can build more than manage.
