A Project 4 Freedom will be a member driven, member managed, and member enjoyed, Membership site. Say that ten times fast! Wink

The website will be created with the members in mind. They will be what makes this different, not that other websites don't have members, but it will be how the Community will interact with each other and the website it self. The features of this site will have one goal, and that will be to give every member what ever they need to be successful online. Whether it is a Mentor, a tutorial, or a little motivation to keep them plugging away at their dream.

Yes we will provide the tools they need but it's how we will go about our daily business of Internet Marketing that will be unique. We are not going to do this by ourselves we are going to work together. We will join forces and bring all of our Internet Marketing knowledge to the table, spread it out and have at it.

We will do this by using several methods, the first will be to utilize the forum to present ideas on how to better our businesses. Once an Idea is presented to the members, others will join forces by creating a team, to turn this idea into reality. I am not necessarily talking about the invention of something new. But quite possibly just a different method of marketing or tweaking a product to fit the needs of the Community.
So how are we going to get people to want to participate, instead of sitting on the fence and waiting for everyone else to bring these ideas to life. Well we are going to pay them too. We are going to create a " Get paid to Participate" program much like any other GPT system. You do a task and get paid plain and simple. How exactly are we going to do this? Well thats why we are here at this point, it's one of the things that needs to created by you and me.
We will develop this system into a product, that will stand alone and can be marketed. The mechanics of this system will be done here for our use first. We will use the system on the site privately, so we can tweak it an prove that it is more than a theory. Then we will cut it loose and market it to the rest of the world. The members will get full rights and be able to earn 100% of the profit from their efforts.
This will be developed here so as away for me to identify those who will inevitably become the Founders of the site. Because this is what the Community will be all about working as one for a greater good. The cream will rise too the top as they say.
This also will show my credibility as I am not going to offer this to just anybody,I too must show you I have what it takes to create Freedom. Now Your thoughts.

Just running some thoughts through my head on the GPT program.
How to get people to step up, ready to work and help others out, get them to say here I am and this is what I can do. What if we set up a program where we list the different services that members could provide help for to other members. some members excell at certian areas where as others would love to have someone help them out with these areas.
For example:
Website design and layouts -
Ad writing
Writing content
Blogging - (helping set one up)
Advertising advice and help
Search Engine Submitting
Monotinizing help and ideas
The list can go on and on here....

So People see the catagories and say hey I am an expert on this subject and could make myself available to help someone here, so they put thier name and small discription of their credentials under that service. There could be any number of people listed for each service.
So this is my idea of how to get everyone listed and committed to work.

Members could now go through the list and hire whatever service they need and choose the person they prefer by reading their credintials.

Here is where I am stuck though. How to pay these ones offering services and help.
I'll keep thinking on it. But let me know if this is even on the right track or not.

What about rewarding members who participate through a point system. Every post they make could be worth a set value and when thier values add up they can spend it on a product we have such as an advertising product.

Dena, You are right on track, as usual. The first post you are basically describing some sort of Freelance system. Well this would work, and we will probably implement this. Where we have a two sections in the Forum. One for people asking for help and are willing to pay for it. An example might be.

"I need a image changed on my website. will pay $25 for someone to install/create etc."

Then someone that has the ability could except and would get the $25

The other way would be to offer your services An example might be.

"I will write a unique Article based on your site content $3 per Article, You can use
for Article submission"

Something like that.

The second post is actually something I had not thought about,but I like it, we will have to discuss this a little more. We will be looking at the GPTP, after we go live with the site. I really want to come up with something unique so it will make us stand out. It could be our signature product. The point system thing I like because you can set a different point value to different task. Then pay so much for a certain amount of points,or as you said put a point value on a Product, and members can use there points to buy products. Allot of the Paid Surveys work this way. You can also give bonus point's for a special task, or if it is done before a certain deadline. This has potential, Great Idea Dena.
