Project Groups

Project Groups will be what makes A Project 4 Freedom stand out from all the other programs available online. We will Achieve Freedom through Community Wisdom.

This is how they work;

First you need an Idea, nothing complicated just different, or an improvement on something that is needing it. You post an idea here in this section. Then you will get some feed back on your idea, sort of brainstorm it some.

I want to caution people here, like there are no stupid questions there are no stupid idea's. If you trash someones idea,your post will simplify be removed and you will get a warning! I am serious about this, we are here to learn and build something real for people to earn an Honest income online. I am not about to allow someone to trash another persons idea. Yes admittedly there will be some ideas that won't be that good or are not worth much discussion, but to blatantly trash someone just because they my be new to Internet Marketing or really just my need a little guidance. Is rude and will not be tolerated. However negative feedback is allowed just as long as it is done respectfully.

Example: "Your idea may not work as the market is pretty saturated with this sort of idea" opposed to:

"Your idea sucks that will never work!"

This post may not just get you a warning it may get your referrals relocated to another member because you will no longer be one! Do not test this warning, I am that serious about it! That said I will move on.

Once you have discussed your idea some and feel like it may be worth trying to make something out of it. It's time to take it to the next level.

Post a Project Group Invitation and put this in the subject of the post so other Members will know.

Example: Project Group Invitation Ebook about Dog Grooming

In your invitation you will want to give a review of your discussion thread, and maybe even alert those that where apart of it and showed interest. I would even alert those that may have responded with negative feed back as they may still want to help, or a least give more input as to why they think it won't work as this maybe very valuable to your progress.

Include as much detail as possible, list some of the area's you feel you need help with the most, as this is the whole purpose of inviting people to help.

List any out sourcing you feel you may need. I would have some progress and an actual Group assembled before I would look to the Freelancer section, as the Freelancer is going to need a clear picture of your project. Then seek help from there, or maybe pm a Freelancer ahead of time to see if they are capable of delivering what you need. If it is something that is common or easy to explain. Such as a HTML script or articles for content.

Once you have pretty much created a clear picture of what it is you would like to create, and you have a couple of Members to help you. The Core will assign you as Administator of the Project. You can form a Sub Group on the Forum making your Group Private if you like. But your invitation will remain and you will allow any Members to join your Group as explained in the Rules and Guidance Section.

Then it's all about creation of your product. Do your due diligence and do allot of research. The more the better, the first thing should be your favorite search engine. See what your market is. Check out other products that are similar. If it is an ebook search your proposed title, or subject. Pre plan as much as you can, as admin assign tasks to those that are helping, just do not be a "Task Master" work together, and most important do not give up when you hit a snag, seek more help, adjust your plan. Do what it takes to complete your project. Remember The Core is here to assist you, do not hesitate to seek the Core for assistance. Thats why we are here to help, post another request for help if your Group is set to private. There will undoubtedly be Members here that can help you through most situations. Don't panic! You may just need to do some more research, maybe do some testing, create an article on your project submit it to article sources, forums, use your problem to refer more Members outside of A Project 4 Freedom, Be creative. Do a Forum search on the subject of your product join 10 to 20 Forums start to pre build your list,start leaking you are working on something that can help them out, it's allot of work but you will reap the rewards later trust me.

As your Project gets closer to completion start to pre sell it, Create more articles, do some forum marketing, pre load an Auto Responder, create a e-course to spark interest give a few Freebies away that are relevant to your new product, This form of Marketing will be very effective in referring new Members to A Project 4 Freedom. And it will build a list of people that will want your product.

We wiil be providing allot of Advertising to support this concept, use that to your advantage.

Once your product is completed and ready for the open market we will feature it on the Home Page, you will get allot of exposure.

Build a sales page, and a splash page for list building as outlined in the Marketing forums. Use your Hosting to place your sales page and place your Splash page on a Sub Domain. If you feel like it use ScriptWorks to add a Forum create a website around your product if it warrants it. You have all of these resources right here at A Project 4 Freedom. This what we do, it's our specialty!

If you need help with these things outsource it Thats what the Freelance section is for. Do not be afraid to invest in yourself or your product, trust me on this, these are the things that will make you Free!

Not everyone will charge you for a simple service, barter with them, join their Project Group, Search the Forums the things that are most used are most likely already covered.

Once Completed;

Your Product will be placed in the Ecommerce section on the site, and all the other Members will have access to it. If they want to sell it as well they can. You will earn 100% of the profit, after all it's your product. We just supplied the format for you to create it thats why we get it to use it too. We are a Community that benefit's from the entire Communities effort.

You will have access to everyone else's product that is created, so it is a fair system.
